About
the Event

Imagine us twenty years from now, discussing our lives over a cup of tasty cappuccino. What does the world look like? Are we still the dominant species? Did we manage to design our business reality to keep humans’ thriving in the center? Which decisions will define the future and who will take them – humans or AI?

What will be the next level of interaction human-to-human, human-to-business, and in the whole society? We explore the future of human intelligence and we talk openly about inclusion in the globalization era. We discuss the alienation of human beings, the trust and transparency in the public contract and we ask ourselves what is the impact we would like to leave in this world. See the summit panels:

h. i summit aims to inspire a dialogue about consciously shaping the future of humanity and be happy with the answers to those questions. We believe that putting humans’ needs, rights and unique abilities in focus is the key to building sustainable businesses and communities in today’s turbulent environment.

We bring together philosophers, forward business thinkers, humble leaders, innovative artists, policymakers, executives, and entrepreneurs. Join us to discuss today’s ethical aspects of business and help us make sense of the global processes and design the next business context.

The future is h.umane!

Vasil Takev

Local Business Manager Motion & Robotics and Discrete Automation at ABB BULGARIA
Vasil Takev is an electrical engineer with more than 20 years of progressive experience across a broad range of sales management and engineering functions, in diverse market segments, focused on the benefits that technology can bring to people. Because of the vast number of failures and mistakes done, he can combine vision, creativity, and business acumen with management and leadership qualities to reach many reasonable and some unreasonable targets. During those 20 years, his responsibilities spanned from sales management to business models generation, swirling around things like turnaround strategies, business processes improvement and demotivated people recovery. To do that, on top of my knowledge in electrification and electrical power supply, he has to learn many things about robotics and discrete manufacturing automation; industrial motion and powertrain systems; electrical vehicles charging infrastructure; digitization for predictive maintenance, and process optimization. Happily married, with two amazing kids, avid runner, skier, and SCUBA diver, engaged in a lifetime assignment for protecting nature.
